James Phillips, BSc. Engr.

Community Service Coordinator

Mr. Phillips has extensive experience working with community service volunteers and the prison re-entry population. He has an exhaustive knowledge of issues and barriers facing defendants and how to inspire change and success. He has expertise in prison reentry programming and job preparation and readiness. Mr. Phillips has an educational background in mechanical engineering.

LaNeice Jones, LMSW

Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Jones is a strategic and operational executive who provides visionary leadership, consulting, counseling and training services to a variety of social and human service agencies.  LaNeice brings 27+ years of experience driving successful program operations and enhancing agency productivity to SWDCJC, where she guides the agency’s strategic vision and oversees program operations.  A strong advocate of social justice and equity, LaNeice prides herself on helping children, adults and families improve their lives and strengthen their relationships so that they can live a productive and purposeful life with hope for a better tomorrow.
